Strengthening Traceable & Climate-Smart Cocoa in West Africa

This project focuses on empowering smallholder cocoa farmers in Ghana, Nigeria, and Côte d’Ivoire to meet international standards for traceability and climate resilience. It supports over 50,000 farmers through digital farm mapping, agroforestry promotion, and cooperative strengthening to ensure compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation. By integrating mobile tools and sustainability practices, the project boosts income opportunities and market access for farmers while preserving ecosystems.
